Learning & Development Website
During my internship with the City of Calgary, one of my key projects was redesigning the internal Learning and Development website to improve access to training information for staff.
The Design Process
The existing site lacked clarity and organization, making it difficult for employees to find relevant courses. To solve this, I collaborated with my team to propose and iterate on multiple layout drafts. I created wireframes in Figma that focused on simplifying navigation and created pages that would contain course information. The team supported content development, and I refined the design through several rounds of feedback.

The final wireframes were handed off to the technical team, who updated the live website based on my designs. The redesigned site now provides a clear, user-friendly space where staff can easily explore and access training opportunities.
