I wanted to help a friend out by guiding the creation of her brand and designing a website.

Creating the Brand

Firstly, I asked her to draw up some inspiration for the brand/website and I got started on creating the logo, picking colours, fonts, and choosing the illustration style.

Here are options for the logo I drew up, along with business cards.

Website in Progress

I found that using little illustrations, like with those flowers can make websites stand out from other more generic ones. They were subtle enough to almost blend into the background, yet at the same time helped bring this brand to life. It has not launched yet but here is a recording of the home page.
